This Galley master was in charge of the slaves aboard the galley that Ian and Delos were assigned to. They tried to trick him by faking Delos' death, but he wasn't fooled. When the ship was swamped by a storm, Delos and Ian escaped overboard, with Delos taking the Galley Master's key. (DW: The Romans)
