Miss Amelia Birch was the owner of Devastation Hall in the Silver Devastation where she ran the Game of Death.
While she appeared to be a mature woman with sharp, thin features, hard, little eyes, grey, sharp teeth and purple glasses that enabled her to scan guests, she was a Nocturn in disguise.
When the Game of Death ended, this criminal Nocturn awaited arrest and transport by the Judoon. (TDL: The Game of Death)
