The Gorgon Homeworld is the home planet of the Gorgons, lying 100 million light years away from Earth.
At some point in relation to early human history the Gorgons developed technology for travelling between worlds. They were able to create a portal to Earth and three gorgons crossed to Earth, entering Greek mythology. (SJA: Eye of the Gorgon)
The Gorgons do not resemble those in Greek mythology, being depicted as female beauties with snakes for hair. One creature that was the mythological Gorgon is thought to have originated on Earth and not the Gorgon Homeworld. (TVC: The Gaze of the Gorgon)
