Arkonide

The Arkonides were an advanced species which inhabited the planet Arkon. The planet was ruled by the Robot Regent, (This is a reference to the German Science Fiction book series Perry Rhodan) whose palace was near the Tiffany's that the Tenth Doctor wanted to take Martha Jones to.
