This page defines a prefix.

Prefixes are used by this wiki to quickly alert the reader to the source of a statement. The most common of these is TV, which indicates the source is a televised story.

The prefix ICOM indicates the information cited comes from in-vision commentaries. It can be compared to PCOM, which indicates the podcast commentaries made available during the RTD era, or DCOM, which relates to DVD commentaries. The necessity for separate prefixes is made clear by the chart at in-vision commentary, which illustrates how many wholly different podcasts there are for some Tenth Doctor episodes.

Thus, ICOM: Doomsday indicates an entirely different recording than PCOM: Doomsday.
