The Servitor robots were a type of robot design used by the Osirian species.

They resembled wireframed humanoid machines that were typically wrapped in bandages making them appear as Egyptian mummies. Sutekh made use of these robots to do his bidding while he plotted to escape. (DW: Pyramids of Mars)
