Parker was the Victorian driver of Madame Vastra. He probably knew something of aliens or extra-terrestrial life forms. His employer was a Silurian, which didn't seem to bother him. He drove Vastra's carriage back from a venture in which Vastra had eaten Jack the Ripper. (TV: A Good Man Goes to War)
