Stellar was a little girl who was shopping with her mother on Iceworld. She and her mum were one of the few survivors on that planet. The little girl’s mum is a customer who gets an ice cream tipped over head after annoying Ace in Iceworld’s ice cream parlour. When she looses her mum she comes across the dragon, puts her teddy bear to bed in Kane (Dragonfire) ’s freezing chamber and has a little chuckle when she sees the TARDIS vanishes. (TV: Dragonfire)
