These Cyberforms were just steel twats who thought they were immortal and thought 'Delete' meant kill and only thought of humans as to become identical, to become like them. Created by John Lumic = The Cybercontroller. The Daleks finish Cybermen off easily. The Old Cybermen were much easier to kill, just lob a lump of Gold at their chests and they blow up. Enough said.
