CCTV cameras were surveillance cameras used by Torchwood Three to track people down.

Occasionally, members of the Torchwood team would use the CCTV cameras to watch people for unprofessional reasons, such as Captain Jack Harkness watching Gwen Cooper kiss her fiancé Rhys Williams. (TV: Meat)

The cameras have been externally shut down, such as when Weevils were being kidnapped. (TV: Combat)
