Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen

Jocrassa Fel-Fotch Passameer-Day Slitheen was the patriarch of Slitheen Passameer-Day Branch who tried to destroy Earth in 2006. He posed as the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Joseph Green, after killing the previous Prime Minister, as well as Green himself. He was killed when a missile hit 10 Downing Street.
