International Electromatics

IE and Tobias Vaughn

International Electromatics was a company founded by Tobias Vaughn on Earth, it was at one point the largest manufacturer of electronic equipment, their micro-monolithic circuits were present in almost all electronic equipment sold. When the Cyber Invasion of Earth , they stuck a deal with it's leader, Vaughn, that the world becomes cyber-occupated by means of micro-monolithic circuits placed in every piece of equiptment produced, and Vaughn would become it's leader.(DW: The Invasion)

Parallel Earth

In the Parallel Universe, John Lumic's company Cybus Industries used this organisation as a for and sent out various lorries owned by International Electromatics to capture several groups of homeless people which were then taken to the Cybus factory at Battersea.
