Koturia is the home planet of the Koturians, a species that look like humans but their natural hair colors include brunette and blonde as well as colors like lime green, deep purple, and bright orange. Many other alien species also inhabit the planet.
The Koturians physically modeled their civilisation after Las Vegas, but unlike its inspiration, Koturia is considered "the height of romance," according to the Sixth Doctor. It is one of the wealthiest planets in the solar system and species come from far and wide to make their fortunes and get married. (PROSE: Something Borrowed)
