A Device of Death is the thirty-first installment in the series of Virgin Missing Adventures novels published in the 1990s. Written by Christopher Bulis and set between "Genesis of the Daleks" and "Revenge of the Cybermen," it features the Fourth Doctor, Sarah and Harry.
