Ninsul was a planet that was visited by the Doctor.
Apperance
It's apperance was noted a looking dirty, scrappy and messy.
Cities
There were two known cities, which were Peorek and Sokkar. The Elite came from Peorek.
History
The Elite enslaved some of their own race to create a machine known as the Wardroid to attack the city of Sokkar. The Eleventh Doctor managed to hack the machine, and they were defeated. (COMIC: Line of Battle)
