The Defence Leader was a Hufko colonist on Teuba.
She took part in the negotiations between the Hufko and human colonists after the Hufko attack on the humans. She later attended a trade meeting with Ormsin Ives.
The Defence Leader's personal name, which meant "Dances with Starlight", could not be used until she retired from her post. (PROSE: The Diplomat's Story)
