Jahoo was an uninhabited planet, taken by the Daleks in 2009 and transported to the Medusa Cascade, where it joined 26 other planets. When the Doctor and his companions defeated the Daleks and Davros it was returned to its rightful place. (DW: The Stolen Earth/Journey's End)
