Mr Giardano was a butcher in Little Italy, NYC, 1927. He and his wife let a room to Jack Harkness and Angelo Colosanto after they arrive in the country through Ellis Island. Mr Giardono hosts the spectacle in his meat locker, where Jack is killed multiple times by members of the community.
