The (Handsome) Twelfth Doctor
The (Handsome) Twelfth Doctor was born after an electrical mishap. As he said;
"Three bodies wasted and all because I forgot to unplug."
He proved the shortest lived, only living long enough to shut off a Zegtonic generator bfore being hit by excess Zegtonic energy and being killed. He gave a final speech to Emma and the Master, asking them to 'look after the universe for me - I've put a lot of work into it'. His final word were 'I'll... Explain..." and then he died before he could finish his thought. His foes the Daleks and the Master vowed to live a better life because of him, but then, unexpectedly, he regenerates into the (female) Thirteenth Doctor.
