The Darksmith Legacy

Launched with the first two releases in January 2008 (before going monthly in March), The Darksmith Legacy is a series of 10 linked paperback books, published by BBC Children's Books, and supported by online content at www.thedarksmithlegacy .
Each book in the series includes, interspersed with the fiction;

• TARDIS Data Bank (extra information)
• Activity pages (The puzzle solutions being significant to online progress)
• Next installment cover preview and opening chapter.

Two additional offers were included in each copy;

• Cut out coupon which, when completed, and attached to proof of purchase of any two The Darksmith Legacy books, entitled the first 500 entries an exclusive slipcase to hold all 10 books, and
• a chance to win exclusive tickets to a Doctor Who: The Darksmith Legacy - 'Collected' Party, to be held in a secret London location during the October half-term 2009! To qualify you must register and complete the quest online.
