Julie Ndobe was First Technician on Project Eden in the 22nd century. When Alex Bannen caused waves of reality-altering energy to emanate through the base, Julie's lungs began metabolising flourine instead of oxygen and she suffocated. (PROSE: Lucifer Rising)
