The Earth Alliance of Corporations (also known as EAC and the Holding Company) was the collection of all the companies that traded off-Earth. In 2156, Christine LaFayette's mother Madrigal was the Chairperson of the group. That year, Earth Central declared bankruptcy and EAC took control of the planet and all its holdings, including Project Eden.
