3W Institute

3W was a version of the afterlife created by the Master. (TV: Dark Water)3W is the afterlife, it refers to the three word "Don't cremate me". The reason for this being that the dead are conscious and aware of their surroundings obviously not being able to communtinate. 3W was founded to prevent this after the discovery of this through running white noise through a universal translator and revealing the three words.
