Michelle Gomez (born 21 April 1971) is a Scottish actress. She is best known in Doctor Who for playing Missy in the series 8 television stories,later revealed to be the Master Deep Breath, Into the Dalek, The Caretaker, Flatline, In the Forest of the Night and Dark Water. She is the first actress to play the Master in any media.
She also voiced Jevvan in the Big Finish audio story Valhalla.
