Rutan Queen

The Rutan Queen was the co-ordinator of the Rutan Host. Based on the planet Ruta III, the Queen directed the Rutans in the Rutan-Sontaran War. Without the Queen, the Rutans would be lost. (PROSE: Shakedown)
