Nick Zimmerman was a scientist who the Eighth Doctor and Lucie Miller was looking for. He wanted to steal a time-ship. He was married to Rachel Zimmerman. He owned a time whip that he used against the Doctor and Lucie. He created a time loop in order to spend more time his Rachel. (AUDIO: No More Lies)
