Edwin Bryce was a travel writer. He was the author of Androgum Cookery for Novices: How to Master the Boomerang Spoon. When he met the Seventh Doctor and Ace on Coralee, he was working on a gazeteer about Earth's colonies, Walking the Final Frontier: The Travels of Edwin Bryce. He was researching the planet's original inhabitants, now extinct. When he accidentally found out that Phillip Garret was a Cythosi agent, Garret killed and ate him. (PROSE: Storm Harvest)
