Mega Plastic Surgery

Mega Plastic Surgery was used by Baris to make himself so there was no physical way to tell the Tenth Doctor and Baris apart. He even had his voice box (presumably) modified so that his voice sounded like the Doctor's. (PROSE: The Doctor Trap)
