Bucharest was a city in Romania. Natjya Tungard, who along with her husband Joe Tungard was a resident of the city, described it as a "beautiful city of splendid architecture and dazzling sights". Emile Schultz also lived in Bucharest, along with his wife Hilde and two sons. (PROSE: Spiral Scratch)
