Fazackerly was asked by the Duke of Wellington to helped Georgina Marlow. He was a police officer and wanted to check the Eighth Doctor's ticket. He then later accused the Doctor of the assassination attempt on Christian De Roche and Madeline De Roche. He also attended to the Duke of Wellington. He got agitated when Charlotte Pollard continued calling the Duke of Wellington Arthur. (AUDIO: Other Lives)
