Tony Warner was a boy who was playing football when he was kidnapped by Odd Bob the Clown. He was presumably restored when Sarah Jane defeated the Pied Piper. (TV: The Day of the Clown) Tony was 14-years old by the time he was kidnapped. David Finn was one of his best friends. (PROSE: The Day of the Clown)
