Vernon Dobtcheff (born 14 August 1934) played the Chief Scientist in the Doctor Who story The War Games. He also voiced Dadda Desaka in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Cradle of the Snake, Sibelius Crow in the Big Finish Jago and Litefoot audio story The Necropolis Express, Shamur in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Children of Seth and Professor Heinrich Schumann in the Counter-Measures audio story Threshold.
