Julian Bleach (born 29 December 1962) is one of the few actors to appear in all three main Doctor Who universe television shows: Doctor Who, Torchwood and The Sarah Jane Adventures.
He first appeared as the Ghostmaker in the Torchwood story From Out of the Rain. His second appearance was as Davros in the Doctor Who stories The Stolen Earth/Journey's End. His final and most recent appearance was as the Nightmare Man in the The Sarah Jane Adventures story The Nightmare Man.
