When the TARDIS arrived on Earth in 1963 it landed in a Junk Yard owned by IM Foreman taking the form of a battered old Police Box. - ("An Unearthly Child"). It returned to the junkyard in 1985, in response to a distress signal sent by Lytton. ("Attack of the Cybermen")
