Traybe

Brother Traybe was the leader of the Kidnapper's Federation on Cornucopia. When Cornucopia was abandoned by traders due to a rad-storm, he became one of the criminal leaders. With help from the Eleventh Doctor, the criminal leaders made it to the Ziggurat of Cornucopia, where the Doctor tricked them into a shoot-out, where he was incinerated by Professor K'rokk.
