Jessica Pugh

Jessica Pugh was the wife of Roger Pugh, living with him in Cardiff. Tragically, on one night in 2007 when a meteorite appeared in the sky above Cardiff, Jessica was killed in an accident caused when a car driver was distracted by the sight. Ten years later, Roger came to her grave to speak to her of the near-death experience he had while Gwen Cooper was showing him a day of her work as part of Torchwood. When Roger told Gwen of her death, Gwen realised that Jessica died on the same night that she first worked for Torchwood, the meteorite having contained an alien entity. Following this, Roger agreed to give Gwen his support in developing a new Torchwood Cardiff facility as Planning Officer for Cardiff City Council. (AUDIO: More Than This)
