The Elth of Balhoon was the Moxx of Balhoon's brother. He decide to kidnap all of the people who were on Platform One. The Doctor and Rose Tyler discovered his plan and rescued all of the prisoners. Elth believed that the visitors hadn't tried to help the Moxx when he melted. The Doctor convinced the Elth that they had done all they could to save him but it was too late.
