Little Rock was a member of a group of humans who lived like tribesmen but were actually the descendants of very rich humans. He engaged the Sixth Doctor in a fishing contest. The Doctor chose William as his champion. Little Rock won two rounds out of three, making him the winner of the competition. (PROSE: Gone Fishing)
