Bilis Manger ran the shop called A Stitch in Time out of the Cardiff shopping center. It sold, exclusively antique clocks, reflecting Manger's apparent obsession with time pieces. His stock came brand new from the past, which Manger could easily visit. Jack Harkness and Gwen Cooper visited the store to converse with Manger after they tracked him down. (TW: End of Days)
