Tollios was a Zeronite commander.

He led the attack on Hippocrates Base to get revenge on the Kulkan. He killed Partho. The Eighth Doctor convinced him to fight Destrii, and if he lost he would leave the Base alone. The Doctor manipulated the station's gravity so Destrii would win. (COMIC: Sins of the Fathers)
