Freetown

Freetown was the capital of Sierra Leone. When Graham Greene was stationed there during World War II, it was a major trading post, due to the Mediterranean Sea being blocked off. Greene, however, found it stiflingly boring. Greene first met the Eighth Doctor in the city. (PROSE: The Turing Test)
