Lyn Sorren

Lyn Sorren was an inhabitant of Tairngaire.
She was science co-ordinator at Touchstone Base on Arden, exploring the planet for settlement. She sent some hypergems, which were dubbed oberonite since they had been discovered near the Oberon Survey Camp, to the University of New Byzantium on Tairngaire for analysis. The George O'Valle duplicate called Sorren to retrieve them, but she told him where they had been already sent.
Later, she was killed by one of Umbra's shadowforms when they attacked the base. (PROSE: Shadowmind)
