Delilah was the proprietor of the Bar Galactica. She took a fancy to the Sixth Doctor. After discovering there was a million credit bounty on the Doctor's head, Delilah sold him to Karl. She was killed by the Daleks. (AUDIO: The Ultimate Adventure)
