On 29 August, a number of things set in or relevant to the Doctor Who universe were released or published.
- 1964 - "The Tyrant of France", the fourth episode of The Reign of Terror, was first broadcast on BBC1.
- 1970 - Part seven of the TV Comic story Doctor Who and the Rocks from Venus was first published.
- 1989 - The script to The Tomb of the Cybermen was first published by Titan Books.
- 2012 - Part three of Pond Life was released online.
- 2014 - Zygon Hunt, The Fifth Doctor Box Set and Revenge of the Swarm were released by Big Finish.
