3864 was the year in which Princess Ellua of Earth crashed on Peladon. The King of Peladon, Kellian, provided assistance to the stranded princess — and also fell in love with her. Ellua's eventual contact with the Galactic Federation to report her crash became Peladon's introduction to the Federation, an organisation they would join about a hundred years later.
