Synopsis

Story notes
- The original Torchwood 3 team from the start of the series have now all died, except Gwen. Suzie died in Everything Changes and again in They Keep Killing Suzie, Owen died in Reset and again in Exit Wounds along with Tosh, and Jack has died hundreds of times throughout the series. Ianto is killed in this episode by a virus released by the 456.

Continuity
- Jack dies twice in this episode. He was shot by Clem at the beginning of the episode. He also inherited the virus from the 456.
