the chief sea devil was the ruler of the sea devils he was woken up by the master in the 20 century the master convinced the chief sea devil to destroy the human race the doctor tried to make peace but the cheif sea devil refuesed the doctor and the master made a device to wake all of the sea devils and were both locked up but the doctor rigged the device to explode and destroy the sea devil base the doctor and the master escaped but the cheif sea devil and some revied sea devils were killed in the explosion.
