Inspector Jill Sveinsdóttir was a Reykjavik police officer.
In 2144, Jill came to Lara Jensen's apartment after receiving a request for police assistance. Her colleagues were busy with a drug bust, so Jill came alone. At first, Jill was apprehensive of the Fifth Doctor's claims of innocence, but she came to realise that he was telling the truth and that an extraterrestrial creature that existed inside the city's wireless data flow was actually responsible for a series of attacks in the area. In order to destroy the alien, Jill used her root access to Reykjavik's data flow to shut it off and leave it without an environment to survive in. (AUDIO: Repeat Offender)
