A judge, with the senior judge and another judge, oversaw Ian Chesterton's trial for the murder of Eprin in the city of Millennius. He concurred with the other judges that Ian was guilty and to be sentenced to death. When more evidence was offered about the murder, the senior judge called off the execution.
