Julius was a Papul native. He was educated by Pieter, eventually becoming a museum curator. After eating a mind-destroying fungus, he became a headhunter. When Pieter was captured and would not eat the fungus, Julius forced him to eat the brain from Father Tomas' severed head. (PROSE: Combat Rock)
